Should I buy a palette of eye makeup, lip or cheek (Blush)?
That will make a big difference at first? My eyes are brown … so it's not like a palette of eye will make the eyes pop, and maybe someone with blue or green eyes.
I bought one for the eyes, and They need only a blush and lip color, and no need to buy a full pallet of them. That is what I take to mean "shoulders" as in 4-6 colors make-up in a container. If I'm wrong, choose the type of the palette to accentuate your favorite feature. If the lips, lip palette, if the eyes, Eye Palette, etc. And really, brown eyes can still make it look bigger and better with a palette of eye – maybe not with the burst of color from another color Eye can afford, but still pretty.
