Has anyone used Neutrogena enormous mineral makeup? Can I use this as a foundation?

I think it's a mineral makeup like Bare Minerals … owes a great job. Yes, it is used as a foundation. The trick is to load the brush and then circle the skin covering his face. I think Bare Escentuals is an online video that demonstrates the technique … will work equally well for any base rate of mineral makeup. I have also seen CoverGirl has a line of mineral makeup. I love Bare Minerals … but recently I've switched to a non bismuth oxychloride … found on eBay for $ 15 / 6 grams, which is a lot too. The eBay store is called MINERALS BARE BEAUTY that … also have starter kits of flushing, suntan lotion, and abetting a great price.
