what to do with a forged signature on the job?

I work in the produce department at Wal-Mart in Wetumpka, Al and have a safety sign that occur outside the signed check sheet every day to Ecolab Kay and chemicals to see when they come to inspect our shop and on Saturday 05-23-09 someone forged my signature on this document and I do not work Saturdays, I think this was the bottom line was illegal and wrong that I talked to my boss about it and he pushed not just pushing a pencil saying im just very upset with this whole agreement could give me some advice?

It is unfortunate that your boss does not care! I would like to make copies of everything and keep for your records if ever comes up and also take note of the day he talked to his boss about it. also can think of the problem for the human resources department.
